WE'VE COME A LONG WAY.
Arctic Warriors was born in 2020, when the rest of the world and Stan's karate trainings and physio massage side hustle shut down.
Stan loved ice baths, but they were too hard to set up. So he came up with an idea.
And, pressed against the wall, and with time on his hands, he built the first cold plunge in his garage.
It wasn't a commercial solution at first. In fact, it was for himself only until he met with Dr. Nathan, his Senpai's brother, who took the engineering lead and took it to the next level.

FIRST, WE ASKED QUESTIONS
Our aim has always been to make ourselves useful past our lives and physical reach, by giving the world the most complete cold plunge systems.
So, instead of guessing (or diving into ice cold water like Stan did before Arctic Warriors) we doubled down on our experience, did tons of research, and validated our products based on feedback from customers and leading experts.
The main feedback was that cold plunges and baths were:
- Too heavy
- Too difficult to set up and operate
- Using cheap materials
- Chill water too slowly or require ice packs
- And finally, ontop of all, too expensive
